Terms of Sale

The sale will be conducted in €uros.

Purchasers will pay in addition to the hammer price:

• a premium of 22 % VAT included (banking charges at your expense)
• a premium of 25.60 % VAT included if bids are made online through  INTERENCHERES, LOT-TISSIMO, THE SALEROOM

GUARANTEES

An exhibition prior the sale permits buyers to establish the conditions of the works offered for sale and no claims will be accepted after the hammer has fallen.

Some difference may appear between the original work and its illustration, there will be no claims in such matter.

BIDS

Should the auctioneer recognize two simultaneous bids on lot, the lot will be put up for sale again and those present in the auction room may participate in the second opportunity to bid.

ABSENTEE BIDS

If you wish to make a bid in writing or to bid by phone, you should use the form included in the catalogue, along with your bank references, to be received by us no later than two days before the auction.

The Auction House does not accept liability for failure to contact the prospective buyers to enable them to participate in the bidding by phone or for errors and omissions in the connections with phone bidding.

COLLECTION OF PURCHASES

Purchased lots will become available only after payment in-full has been made.

Payment by credit card is possible.

From the moment the hammer falls the items become the exclusive liability of the buyer.
